Open Heart Meditation is a remarkably simple and profoundly effective meditation which is centered on feeling rather than other contempory techniques, such as visualization, mindfulness or breath. As such, is suitable for both the experienced meditator and newcomer alike. This is not a meditation practice that involves hard work, as the essence of the learning is in letting go and not doing. When done properly it should feel light, gentle, peaceful, effortless and fun. It is universal and non demoninational, encouraging respect for all beliefs.
