Hello, my name is Jessica Fuller, LIMHP, NCC, LPC. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, teens, and their families and have had the privilege to do so as a mental health therapist for the past six years. Prior to that, I also spent several years working in schools and have enjoyed being able to bring that experience into my mental health practice via partnering with schools and their staff in helping my school-age clients learn and grow mentally and emotionally.

I utilize several evidence-based therapies depending on what my clients need and what their preference is, and enjoy working collaboratively with my clients and their parents at intake and beyond to determine what they want to gain most out of therapy. I have training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). I also have experience over my previous years as a therapist treating a variety of issues such as trauma, depression, anxiety, anger management, adoption issues, grief, behavioral issues, and relational/communication issues.

Ultimately, I want to be a resource for my clients and their families to help them learn more about themselves and grow from these discoveries, as well as to just generally be a safe space to speak openly about whatever may be troubling them!
